Yes. Play in the studio as long as you like. Saving designs and ordering need a one-time plan: Starter ($1) or Pro ($2). See pricing.

Starter lets you save unlimited designs and order bracelets with the core crystals. Pro adds the full library (Pro crystals), share links and the community gallery. Upgrading from Starter costs the $1 difference.

No. Both are one-time payments. Nothing renews, so there's nothing to cancel.

You see the price live as you design: each bead's price plus the cord, clasp, hand-stringing and your packaging choice. The total at checkout is exactly what you pay, in US dollars.

At launch we string a limited set of beads and styles. Pieces marked “Available to order” can be bought; others are “Design only for now”. Swap them and checkout will open up.

Each bracelet is hand-strung to order, then shipped to the countries listed at checkout (currently the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia). You can follow its progress in Order history.

Yes. At checkout tick “This is a gift” to add a card message and hide prices on the packing slip, choose the gift box, and enter their address on the payment page.

Unpaid orders can be cancelled from the order page. Once paid, email us with your order number before it moves to “Being made” and we'll cancel it for free. Faulty pieces are replaced; see our terms.

With Pro, open My designs and tap Share to get a private link, or add it to the community gallery where others can like it and leave feedback.

Tap “Try it on (AR)” on a saved or shared design, then start your camera or use a photo of your wrist. Hand tracking runs on your device; images are never uploaded.
