Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sunny Beads (“we”, “us”) is an online design studio for personalised crystal bead bracelets, operated from Singapore. You can reach us at syint999@gmail.com.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can stop using Sunny Beads at any time. To delete your account and data, email us.

3. Plans (Starter and Pro)

• Designing in the studio is free. Saving designs and ordering bracelets need a one-time plan: Starter (US$1) or Pro (US$2). Pro adds the full crystal library, share links and the community gallery. Upgrading from Starter to Pro costs the US$1 difference.
• Plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and aren't transferable.
• If you're unhappy with a plan, email us within 14 days of buying it for a full refund.

4. Ordering a bracelet

• Bracelets are hand-strung to order from your design. The price you see at checkout (beads, cord, clasp, hand-stringing, packaging and shipping) is the price you pay, in US dollars.
• At launch only a limited set of beads and styles can be ordered; others are marked “Design only for now”.
• Natural crystals vary in colour and pattern, and on-screen previews (including 2D, 3D and AR) are a guide, not an exact match.
• You can cancel an order free of charge until we start making it (status “Being made”). Email us with your order number.
• If your bracelet arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll repair, replace or refund it. As each piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind.
• We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; import duties, if any, are the recipient's responsibility.

5. Gifts

You can add a gift box, a message card and hide prices on the packing slip. Please make sure the delivery address is correct; we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices may change, but never for an order you've already paid for.

7. Designs, sharing and the community gallery

• Your designs are yours. If you share a design or add it to the gallery, you let us show it (with the display name you chose) on Sunny Beads and in link previews until you stop sharing it.
• Anyone with a share link can view that design. Turn sharing off at any time to disable the link.
• Comments must be kind and lawful. No harassment, hate, spam, links or personal information. We may remove comments or designs and suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Gemstone meanings

Gemstone meanings are traditional lore shared for inspiration and enjoyment. They aren't medical, psychological or financial advice, and crystals aren't a substitute for professional care.

9. AR try-on

The try-on feature uses your camera or a photo you choose. Images are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.

10. Liability

We provide Sunny Beads with care but “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan or order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore.
